Emotional Eater


Today started off badly had to drive the neighbour early in the morning with her mother to the doctor, they did not have a ride.  Went to Second Cup and had a hot chocolate, and a low fat muffin.  Waited and Waited, then it was 12:00 still no call, still waiting, small fry from mcdonalds, .  So really things that if counted properly I can incorporate into my diet, but I didnt want to, what made me get those fries, I really didnt need them, I was bored from waiting, mad at my husband, and altogether having a shitty day.  So I am emotional eater.  When things start going down hill, so does my diet.  So how am I going to fix that, because truthfully my life is not smooth.
